Consent, storage and withdrawal

This site loads analytics, marketing and embedded services only after you agree in the consent banner. Before your decision no data is transferred to third parties and none of their cookies are set.

Your decision is stored locally in your browser only (localStorage, key se-consent). It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads

After your consent we load Google Tag Manager (container GTM-K7JQRXD) from googletagmanager.com. That container runs Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BK1QZYN3J5) as well as Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Depending on the tag triggered, this processes your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited, the referrer and your interactions on the page. Google sets cookies and similar identifiers for this. Transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. All consent signals default to denied and are only updated to granted after you agree. If you decline, the container is not loaded.

Appointment booking via Cal.com

Our contact page offers an embedded booking calendar from Cal.com, Inc. (USA). The calendar is only loaded after your explicit consent; until then you see a notice in its place.

On loading, your IP address and browser information are transferred to Cal.com. The embed additionally loads an error reporting service (Sentry). If you book an appointment, Cal.com processes the details you provide such as name, email address and preferred time.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Alternatively you can book directly on cal.com or email us.

Contact form

The details you submit (first and last name, work email address, company, document volume and your message) are processed by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Netlify stores the submission and forwards it to us by email.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR: the processing is necessary to handle your enquiry. A transfer to the USA takes place. We use the details solely to handle your enquiry and do not pass them to any further third party.

The form contains a field invisible to you as protection against automated submissions; if it is filled in, we discard the submission.
